We process orders quickly so you can enjoy your pieces sooner.
Orders placed before 12 PM ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM ship the next business day.
We ship with Canada Post and USPS. Delivery times vary by location and typically arrive within 3–10 business days.
Returns
To request a return, please email [email protected]. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Online Orders (Shipped)
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds on shipped orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In-Store Pickup Orders
Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Final Sale
The following items are final sale:

Layaway
All layaways are final sale.
A minimum 20% deposit is required. Full payment must be completed within 30 days.
Unclaimed layaways after 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 8.
All return conditions still apply.
